Overview

This article walks you through everything that is new or improved

  1. Formatting Options You now have access to a full set of formatting tools including bold, italics, text colour, highlighting, bullet points, numbered lists, and more.
  2. Email Composer The email you compose in our system is exactly what the enquirer will receive, including all formatting.
  3. Auto-Save If the system closes unexpectedly while you are composing an email, your draft will be automatically saved.
  4. Copy Buttons Copy buttons have been introduced throughout the system, allowing you to quickly copy key information such as reference numbers and email addresses with a single click.
  5. Collapse and Expand Functionality Various panels and sections throughout the system can now be collapsed and expanded.
  6. Download Functionality You can now download an email directly from within our system
  7. Burger Menu and Multi Select The burger menu gives you quick access to the actions available on an enquiry.
  8. Filter and Sort You can filter and sort your enquiry list by a number of criteria including expiry date, received date, and subject.
  9. Left Pane Collapse and Expand The left navigation pane can now be collapsed
  10. My Enquiries The My Enquiries section shows you all enquiries that are currently assigned to or owned by you.
  11. Search Results When you perform a filtered search, the results appear in this section
  12. Mailboxes The Mailboxes section is your shared team view.
  13. Unresolved and Completed Tabs Within any mailbox or enquiry list, you can toggle between the Unresolved and Completed tabs.
  14. Launching the Wizard The Enquiry Wizard is now much easier to launch.
  15. Template Selection You can browse and select from your available templates before you start typing.
  16. Attachments Attaching files to your email is now easier than ever. You can drag and drop files directly into the composer, or use the paperclip icon to browse and upload attachments.
  17. Pop Out Wizard The Enquiry Wizard can now be popped out into its own separate window.
  18. Multi Select Burger Menu You can now select multiple enquiries at once using the burger menu.
  19. Different Rights in Different Mailboxes EMS now supports different permission levels across different mailboxes on the same database. You can review your access levels for each mailbox through your My Profile section.
  20. Pin Mailboxes to the Top of Your Dashboard If you work across multiple mailboxes, you can now pin your most-used ones to the top of your mailbox list on the dashboard.
  21. Enhanced Reporting Reporting has been significantly improved.
  22. Detailed MIS Functionality The MIS data capture screen has been enhanced to support more detailed and flexible categorisation of enquiries.
  23. The communication history pane gives you a quick view of the most recent inbound and outbound emails on an enquiry.
