Using the Pop Button

The Pop button is designed to help you grab the next enquiry that you should work on from your assigned mailboxes. It’s a quick way to make sure you’re always moving through your queue efficiently without having to manually pick the next item.

See screenshot below showing the Pop button.

How it works

When you click Pop, our system automatically allocates the next most accessible enquiry for you. This means it looks at your assigned mailboxes and finds the enquiry that is ready for you to action.

It’s a great way to keep working continuously without losing time deciding what to pick next.

Important warning

The Pop button only works if you don’t already have an unprocessed enquiry in your queue.

If you try to pop a new enquiry while you still have one waiting:

  • You will be shown a warning:

“There already exists an unprocessed enquiry in your queue. Please action this enquiry before popping more work.”

This is to make sure you don’t accidentally overload yourself or leave enquiries hanging.

Best practice

  • Always complete or action the enquiry in your queue before clicking Pop again
  • Only pop one enquiry at a time to keep your work organized
  • Remember, the Pop button only works for enquiries in your assigned mailboxes, not for other mailboxes

In short

The Pop button is your fast-track to the next enquiry you should work on.
