User Profile Section

This section gives you a clear view of your account details, role, permissions, and the mailboxes you can access. This helps you quickly confirm your access without needing to contact an administrator.

The profile section helps you:

• See your full name, username, and email address
• Check your assigned role and permissions
• Confirm the list of mailboxes you can work with
• Verify your department and access level

How it works

1. Click your name in the top menu to open the user menu
2. Select Profile
3. The profile page displays:
   • Your full name and username
   • Your email address and role
   • Your department
   • Your mailbox access levels
   • A list of permissions, both global and mailbox-specific

Things to keep in mind

• The profile replaces the old user information dropdown for details like department and job title, so those fields are no longer visible there
• Mailbox access levels are shown as Level 1, 2, 3, 4, or Admin
• The permissions list reflects exactly what you have in the system, so you can see what actions are allowed
